The Cove offers 12 affordable one-bedroom apartments serving two distinct populations:

Six units are designated for chronically homeless veterans supported through Project-Based VASH vouchers in partnership with Orange County Community Resources. The remaining six units are for income-qualified senior residents 62+ earning 30-60% of the area median income.

Applicants must meet income eligibility requirements consistent with Low Income Housing Tax Credit guidelines. Veteran applicants must qualify for Project-Based VASH assistance through Orange County Community Resources. All residents must be able to live independently or with appropriate supportive services.
